Comida Chinampera con Mane Rivera

Hailing from Ejutla, Jalisco, Mane’s life has been immersed in the aromas and flavors of the kitchen, from his childhood to his establishment as a culinary expert. Through extensive research spanning ingredients, recipes, and culinary traditions from across Mexico, Mane has brought his passion for cooking to Tierra Adentro, a space where each dish tells a unique story.

The 4 to 5-course menu will be crafted using ingredients sourced from the Arca Tierra network and will feature special pairings from Cervecería Hércules, Casa Madero and Reserva de la Familia.
