With the guidance of Daniela Moreno, executive chef of Arca Tierra, you will explore the wonderful world of native Mexican corn. This workshop includes the necessary utensils for the session, a guided tour through the canals of Xochimilco and the Chinampa del Sol. Additionally, it includes a menu made with ingredients sourced from the Arca Tierra network.
