Enjoy a delicious breakfast, brunch or lunch with quesadillas filled from different ingredients such as huitlacoche, spinach, squash flower and cheese, as well as pork gorditas, tlacoyos and salad made from ingredients found at our chinampa. The food is prepared by Don Francisco Contreras, originally from nearby town San Miguel Xicalco, Tlalpan, where his family plant native corn. Enjoy this delicious dishes made by him with white and blue corn harvested from his land.
